The use of broadband technology is crucial to the success of small business,

especially in today’s competitive market. San Diego County’s Hispanic

businesses need to be able to utilize and be knowledgeable of today’s technology advancements.

Hispanic businesses comprise one of the largest portions of small business in California, but are

one of the largest underserved groups. It is therefore imperative that Hispanic businesses have

knowledge and access to technological advancements.
