Monthly
By developing true partnerships with chambers of commerce and key organizations
throughout the State and in the binational setting,we have developed a dynamic
and expansive network. Our membership boasts business, education, and legislative
leaders.
In order to take advantage of the opportunities afforded by our strong network,
the Chamber hosts monthly networking events throughout San Diego County in a variety
of venues. The monthly networking "mixer" takes place during the evening
of the last Thursday of each month.
Annual
Though business and education are core components of the SDCHCC, our organization
also enjoys celebrating the cultural roots of the Hispanic community. Our events
embody business, culture and education.
From a business standpoint, the publicity the Chamber receives from these events
is priceless. Each year new sponsors are added to the list, ensuring the inevitable
success of the future events. Our local economy benefits from the flow of tourists
and their spending in the city. With a diverse audience of families, friends,
and business colleagues, our members and the public enjoy the service we provide.
These annual events provide more than a source of entertainment and culture --
the money generated from the events are also a fundraising source for scholarships.
SDCHCC has given out over $400,000 in scholarships.
